My first impression after ordering from Charlotte Russe was a bit mixed. I had a question about my tracking and reached out to customer service, but it took longer than I expected to hear back, and I ended up having to send a follow-up. Once they did reply, the answer was helpful and cleared things up, so I appreciated that. It wasn’t a terrible experience by any means, just not as quick or smooth as I was hoping for.

I ordered a few tops during the sale, and the prices were really good. I always try to look for patterns with these kinds of shops, like whether the promo codes actually work and if the shipping matches the price, and this one checked out fine. The code went through without any issues, and shipping was normal, not super fast, but not bad either. For what I paid, I’m happy with it and would definitely shop again if there’s another sale.

The fabric is soft and feels nice on my skin throughout the day. Nothing fancy, just genuinely comfortable to wear.

I ordered three items, and somehow two of them came in the wrong sizes, plus the top I got wasn’t even the one I ordered. It was just really annoying to deal with, if that makes sense. I’m not sure I’d order from here again.

I liked how they kept me in the loop the whole time. I got emails when my order was confirmed, shipped, and then out for delivery, so I didn’t have to keep checking on it myself. There’s just something about it that made the whole order feel easy and stress-free.

I stopped in just to browse, but the store was hit or miss. The staff I talked to was nice enough, but the place itself felt really messy. There were clothes crammed on racks, some on the floor, and the sizes seemed mixed together all over the place. It made it harder than it should’ve been to find anything. I’d probably check it out again, but they definitely need to tidy things up a bit.

I got my refund after a few days, so it wasn’t really a big issue in the end. I was already feeling mentally drained, so waiting on it was a little annoying, but overall it got sorted without much trouble

The stuff I got was super cute, and I was excited when it finally showed up. The packaging was nice too, but the delivery took way longer than I expected. I kept checking the tracking, then kind of forgot about it, and then it finally arrived. So yeah, happy with the items, just wish shipping had been faster.

They do have some cute stuff once in a while, but a lot of the styles feel outdated now. I don’t know who’s picking the collections lately, but they could definitely use a refresh.

It mostly looked like the photos and the description was accurate, so I’ll give it that. The color was just a tiny bit different in person, which is the kind of thing that always seems to happen to me. Not a huge deal, but I did expect it to match a little better

I ordered my usual size from charlotterusse.com and nothing fit the way I expected. The jeans were super tight around the waist but somehow loose in the legs?? And the top felt like it was about two sizes too small. I even checked the size chart before ordering, so I’m not sure what happened. Super annoying having to deal with returns when everything should’ve fit.

I’m still waiting, and it’s getting annoying. It feels like it’s been around forever at this point, and I just wish there were some kind of update.

I ordered a couple of tops from Charlotte Russe, they were really cute when they arrived. The fit was pretty much what I expected too. No complaints there. After a few washes though, it was kind of hit or miss. One shirt still looks fine, but the other stretched out a bit and the fabric feels thinner now. Weird, because I washed them in cold water and didn’t use high heat to dry. So I’m not really sure what happened. For the price, they’re okay. Cute stuff. Just wish the quality held up a little more consistently.

I also got the confirmation email quickly. Overall, it was easy and stress-free, which is really all I was hoping for. Nothing major to complain about at all

I ended up liking a few of the clothes I ordered, and they do look cute for the price. That said, some of the fabric feels a little cheap, so I’m not sure how well everything will hold up after a few washes. It’s good if you just want some fun, affordable outfits, but if you’re expecting long-lasting quality, maybe not…

The return policy is fine, but I wouldn’t call it great. It worked out in the end, but there were a couple of small hoops that made it feel more annoying than it needed to be. Weirdly, I remember standing there holding the return label while my coffee machine made this super loud sputtering noise, which somehow matched the whole experience. Not terrible, just not as smooth as I hoped...

I do like earning points, and the rewards are okay overall, but they can take a while to actually show up. It’s not terrible, just kind of slow sometimes. My biggest gripe is that when I have a question, it feels like there’s no real person to talk to, just automated messages and waiting around
